I tapped Restore In-App Purchase, but it says I haven't upgraded

Please check to make sure you're signed in to the same store account that you used to purchased the upgrade. The App Store handles all transaction processing and authentication, so you must be signed in to the correct account in order for them to authenticate the upgrade.
