To fix most issues, please follow this procedure:
- Delete the app.
- Reboot the device by following the correct procedure below for your device. Note that the reboot procedure described is NOT the same as merely powering your device off and back on.
- Reinstall the app.
- If the app is one of our free apps and you previously purchased the in-app upgrade, after reinstalling, go to the Settings tab in the app and tap Restore In-App Purchase.
