To fix most issues, please follow this procedure:
- Delete the app.
- Reboot the device by holding down the power button and the home button at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release. (On an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus, hold the power button and the volume down button instead.) It's important that you do not release the buttons until you see the Apple logo.
- Reinstall the app.
- If the app is one of our free apps and you previously purchased the in-app upgrade, after reinstalling, go to the Settings tab in the app and tap Restore In-App Purchase.
